From entering the gym you will notice the welcoming faces of the reception staff to the friendly atmosphere wihin the gym from all of its members.
The mixed side to Body World Gym is fully equipped with the latest equipment to give your body a full work out whether that be aimed at fitness or body building and a plentiful supply of weights located throughout.
Body World Ladies Only Gym is equipped over 3 floors with the very latest state of the art equipment allowing girls to work out comfortably in a friendly environment thats not accessable by male members. The female gym is fully air conditioned and changing facilities are available.
Personalised Training and Diet plans are available to members on request for a small fee so even if you have never been to a gym before you can be assured you will be taking the right steps to acheive the goals you have set for yourself.
Body World also features fast tanning sun beds for members to use at a very competitive rate with a range of fast tanning lotions available from reception.
